DICE
DICE was founded in 1992 by four members of the Amiga demo group The Silents. It took over Battlefield 1942 when it bought Refraction Games in 2000, and Electronic Arts has owned it fully since 2006. Its Frostbite engine debuted in Battlefield: Bad Company in 2008, and EA later used it across many of its studios.
