Bunny hopping
What is bunny hopping? Chaining jumps with strafing to go faster than a game's top speed, from Quake to Counter-Strike and Apex Legends.
Bunny hopping chains jumps together while strafing and turning, so the player builds speed beyond the game’s intended maximum. It is a movement exploit of the Quake engine and the engines that descend from it, GoldSrc and Source.
Where the term comes from
Wikipedia says the strafing technique was originally found in Quake.
